Welcome to Mybody Life's DMCA page!

Mybody Life takes intellectual property rights seriously and is committed to protecting the rights of copyright owners. This page is intended to provide information to copyright owners regarding our policies and procedures for handling copyright infringement notifications.

If you believe that your copyright has been infringed on Mybody Life's website, please send a written notice to our designated agent at the following email address: wgalxczk3@mozmail.com. Your notice should include the following information:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works;
  2. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit Mybody Life to locate the material;
  3. Information reasonably sufficient to permit Mybody Life to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an email address;
  4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
  5. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed; and
  6. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Please note that you may be liable for damages (including costs and attorneys' fees) if you materially misrepresent that material is infringing your copyright.

Upon receipt of a compliant notice, we will respond expeditiously to remove, or disable access to, the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity.

If you believe that your content was removed (or access to it was disabled) as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification to our designated agent at the following email address: wgalxczk3@mozmail.com. Your counter-notification should include the following information:

  1. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled;
  2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled;
  3. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which the address is located (or if you are outside of the United States, that you consent to jurisdiction of any judicial district in which Mybody Life may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person; and
  4. A physical or electronic signature of the subscriber.

Please note that if we receive a valid counter-notification, we may send a copy of it to the original complainant informing them that we may replace the removed material or cease disabling access to it in ten (10) business days. Unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order against the content provider or subscriber, the removed material may be replaced, or access to it restored, in ten (10) to fourteen (14) business days or more after receipt of the counter-notification, at Mybody Life's sole discretion.

Thank you for your cooperation.

Sincerely,

The Mybody Life Team
